LULA - A fifth-grader at Lula Elementary School is the Southeastern winner in an essay contest, sponsored by the Daughters of the American Revolution.<br>

Sam Justus, the son of Walt and Dr. Sarah Justus, will now compete for national honors. His teacher at Lula Elementary is Joan Armour.<br>
