North Georgia's Taliaferro named PBC women's soccer Player of Year
The Peach Belt Conference announced the 2014 women's soccer All-Conference team at a banquet in Evans on the eve of the tournament semifinals with the University of North Georgia's Cicely Taliaferro named the PBC Player of the Year and Brine Golden Ball Award winner.
