Softball: Smith tosses perfect game; No. 4 softball sweeps USC Aiken
For the fifth time in program history and the second time in Peach Belt play, a seven-inning perfect game was thrown by a University of North Georgia softball pitcher as Kylee Smith sat down 21 in a row in the front half of a doubleheader against USC Aiken Friday.

Baseball: Carpenter earns eighth win; No. 14 Piedmont takes two from Huntingdon
The No. 14 Piedmont College baseball team won a pair of contests over the Huntingdon Hawks Friday completing game one of the series before beginning game two. The Lions won 10-3 in the opening game completing the final two innings of game one and won 8-3 in game two.
