N. Ga. projects among those delayed by failure to pass Transportation Funding Bill

GDOL: NE Ga. jobless rate drops to 5.5%, Gainesville metro has lowest rate in Ga.
The unemployment rate in the Northeast Georgia region for September was 5.5 percent, while the Gainesville metro recorded a jobless rate of 4.7 percent, the lowest in the state.
