Rick Eckert of York, Pa., made some very satisfying — and profitable — history Saturday night, becoming the first home-state driver to capture the Firecracker 100 at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pa.

Justin Rattliff of Campbellsville, Ky. scored the Southern Nationals Bonus Series victory Saturday night at Richmond Raceway in Richmond, Ky., picking up a $3,000 payday for the win.

After a season in which, according to Morgan Turpen, “everything that could possibly go wrong, did,” the Cordova, Tenn. racer finally landed back USCS Sprint Car Series victory lane on Saturday night at Harris Speedway in Rutherfordton, N.C.

Evan Ellis of Plantersville, Miss. held off challengers on the high side and challengers on the low side, in heavy lapped traffic and in clear track conditions to win the 40-lap NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series May 24 Make-Up Feature on Saturday night at Magnolia Motor Speedway.

Jack Beckman completed a sweep of the weekend in Funny Car with his victory on Labor Day Monday at the Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals.

Chalk up another victory in 2015 for Grant Enfinger. The Fairhope, Ala. native used a pass on the first green-white-checkered lap to get by Kyle Weatherman Monday afternoon at the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds in DuQuoin, Ill., to earn his fifth win of 2015 and keep him in the driver’s seat to be the 2015 series champion.

George Brunnhoelzl III has led more laps at Langley Speedway in Hampton, Va. than anybody on the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour. But that hasn’t always translated into victories.

Johnny Bridges raced to his second USCS Sprint Car Series win of 2015 during “Fast and Furious Friday” at Lavonia Speedway. It was also his first-career trip to victory lane at the Lavonia, Ga. three-eighths mile red clay oval, as he held off defending series champion Terry Gray in the process.

Shane Clanton of Zebulon, Ga., returned to his winning ways on Friday night, scoring a convincing victory in the World of Outlaws Late Model Series Working Man 50 at Lernerville Speedway.

Dustin Linville scored the Southern Nationals Bonus Series victory Friday night at Ponderosa Speedway in Junction City, KY, taking home a $3,000 payday in the process.
