New provider to join Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Gateway Exchange in Bethlehem

Northeast Georgia Health System has added a new provider in Bethlehem to address the growing need for care in the area. 

Candace Vandiver, FNP, will join the  Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Gateway Exchange, an affiliate of NGHS. 

 “I’ve been practicing for almost a decade and have loved every minute of it,” Vandiver said in a release.  “Caring for people, especially in a tight-knit community like this, fuels me and brings me true joy.”

Vandiver earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Georgia and went on to earn her master’s degree in nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia. Previously, she’s worked as a nurse practitioner with a couple of hospice care services as well as a doctor’s office in Jefferson, Georgia.

NGPG Gateway Exchange is open Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located at 426 Exchange Boulevard, Suite 600, in Bethlehem. Call 770-868-5186 to schedule an appointment or visit ngpg.org/vandiver to learn more.
