Darrell Lawrimore

Darrell Lawrimore, age 64, of Hendersonville, TN passed away Friday, March 13, 2020.

He is survived by his daughter Amie (John) Closs of Gainesville, GA; grandchildren Nina, Allie and Emma Closs, all of Gainesville, GA; sisters Delores (Harold) Sharp, Dianne (Roger) Pryor, Darlene Carter and Donna Blasczyk, sisters-in-law Bonnie (David) Owen of Hendersonville, TN; Nina (Johnny) Idol and Michelle Puckett of Gainesville, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Darrel was known for his big and soft heart, his fun-loving demeanor and his fast-witted jokes. He touched many lives and leaves a trail of friends from here to Nashville where he has been living for the past 5 years. If you knew him, you loved him. He will be missed by many, most especially his daughter, grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  He had a gift for spreading love, happiness, and positive energy everywhere he went.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 1:00 pm Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Hillside Chapel Funeral Home in Gainesville, GA.

Interment will follow in Hillside Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Gainesville.

The family will receive friends at Hillside Chapel Funeral Home on Saturday, March 21 from 11:00 am until service hour.
