Charles Denver Colbert

Charles Denver Colbert, 35, of Lula passed away Monday, November 4, 2019 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8, 2019 at The Edge Church. Rev. Jason Ladd will officiate. The family will receive friends at The Edge Church on Friday, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Born on March 21, 1984 in Gainesville, GA he was the son of Harvey Colbert and the late Tammie Hightower Colbert. Mr. Colbert was employed with New Leaf Landscaping and a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Colbert is preceded in death by his grandparents, Bobby and Bill Bryant and Charles Colbert, Sr. and Teddie Colbert.

Mr. Colbert is survived by his wife, Samantha Ross Colbert of Lula; daughter, Mikayla Reed of Gillsville; son, Colby Tapley of Augusta, GA; daughter, Makenzie Penton of Jefferson; son, Chevy Colbert of Lula; daughter, Cheyann Colbert of Lula; son, Charles Colbert of Lula; father, Harvey Colbert of Flowery Branch; brother, Kevin Colbert of Oakwood.
