Mr. Hickman is survived by his father, Brian Hickman of Clearwater, FL; sister, Amanda Hickman of Bob Harbor, FL; brother, Cody Jarret Hickman of Clearwater, FL; sisters, Frankie Jane Hickman of Taos, NM, Zoe Beth Hickman of Clearwater, FL.
