David Scoggins

David Felton Scoggins, Jr. 74 of Dahlonega, Ga passed away on Tuesday October 22, 2019 at Northeast Medical Center.

David was preceded in death by his parents David and Catherine Scoggins.

David is survived by his wife of 34 years, Nancy Scoggins, his children Jim, Bobby, Laurie and Andy Scoggins and grandchildren. Brother, Fred Scoggins (Ginny) of Marietta, sister, Cathy Crumbley (Mike) of Snellville , sister Valerie Holmes (Mike) of Snellville. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members. His great friend and buddy,Tomm Ballew.

David served in the Air Force. He was in the Vietnam War where he was a helicopter pilot and a POW. He loved serving his country and was a proud veteran. He also loved his job as a game warden for many years.

Memorial Service to honor and celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2019 from 10-11:00am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Dahlonega Ward 7207 Dawsonville Hwy, Dawsonville, GA 30534.
