Teddy "Ted" Randolph Riley age 74 of Clarkesville passed away on May 17, 2019. A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 25 at 6 pm. Funeral Services will be held in the Chapel of Cleveland Funeral Home at 6:30 pm following the visitation.
