Edward Layton Minks, age 68 of Mt. Airy, passed away on December 21, 2018.
Born in Wichita, Kansas on April 14, 1950 to the late Richard Layton Minks and Hazel Sites Allen. Mr. Minks proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
