Joni Flynn, age 37, of Dahlonega passed away on Friday, August 17, 2018.
Joni attended Lumpkin County High School and went on to graduate from the University of North Georgia with a degree in Psychology in 2003.
Joni was a single mother whose greatest concern and love was always for her two surviving children, Mattie, age 6 and Mielah, age 5.
Joni is survived by her daughters Mattie & Mielah Flynn, her Mother & Step Dad Beverly & Tommy Lawson, her Dad & Step Mom Kim & Lisa Grizzle, her Brother & Sister in law Jeremy & Tracie Grizzle, her Step Brother Seth Church,
her Step Sister & her husband Jessica & Zachary Chadwick, her Nephew Gavin Grizzle, her Nieces Gabriella Grizzle & Avery Chadwick and many more Aunts, Uncles and loving family members
Joni was an emphatic organ donor and was able to give multiple people the gift of LIFE with the donation of most of her vital organs.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 21 from 3-7pm at the Dahlonega Funeral home for a celebration of life. A service will immediately follow at 7pm in the Dahlonega Funeral Home chapel. Joni’s cremated remains will be buried privately at Macedonia Baptist Church where she was a member.
