Han Van Tran

       Mr. Han Van Tran, age 84 of Lawrenceville, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at his residence following a brief illness.

            Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 10:00 am in St. Michael Catholic Church with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Father Tuan Tran will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 3 – 9 pm and Friday, February 17, 2017 from 3 – 9 pm at the funeral home.  Mass services will be held on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 5:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. 

            Mr. Tran was born December 28, 1932 in Ninh Binh, Vietnam to the late Hoang Van Tran and Vui Thi Tran.  He was retired from Mar Jac Poultry and was of the Catholic Faith.  Han was preceded in death by his parents and his sister.

            Mr. Tran is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lan Thi Tran of Lawrenceville, children, Kim-Van Thi Tran (Hoan Minh Nguyen) of Orlando, Florida,

Thu-Ha Tran Dinh (Hong Van Dinh) of Flowery Branch, Bich-Le Thi Tran (Hung Duc Nguyen) of Oklahoma, Huu Van Tran (My Luong Thi Ngo) of Gainesville, Kim Oanh Thi Tran (Loi Ngoc Tran) of Gainesville,  Thu Huong Thi Tran (Vinh Duc Nguyen) of Orlando, Florida, Hieu Van Tran (Trinh Thi Tran) of Flowery Branch and Hieu Trung Tran (Tra Thuy Mai) of Lawrenceville, brother, Mach Van Tran of Vietnam, sister, Kim-Lan Thi Tran of Vietnam, 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
