Mr. William Frank Adams, age 91 of Oak Valley Road, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
A son of the late Samuel Doyle and Fannie Watson Adams, he was born October 7, 1924 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived all his life. He was retired from Coats and Clark with 44 years of service and was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. He was affectionately known as Papa Frank, was an avid Stephens County Sports follower and was a loving husband, father and grandfather. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James Adams and Billy Ray Adams.
Survivors include his wife, Memory Williams Adams of Toccoa; two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Ron Richardson of Somerset, Kentucky and Judy and Bobby Scott of Flowery Branch, Georgia; son, Stanley Adams of Colorado Springs, Colorado, his grandchildren that he dearly loved, Tammy, Robin, Michael, Matt and Kevin; ten great-grandchildren; sister, Frances Harper of Martin, Georgia; sister-in-law, Flo Adams of Toccoa.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 31, 2016, 2 O’clock PM in the Hillcrest Chapel of Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Charles Taylor officiating. The following family members will serve as pallbearers, Michael Richardson, Kevin Scott, Graham Carroll, Gillis Carroll and Mike Ryan. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Ryan, Jack Ryan and Paden Carroll.
The family will be at the home, 576 Oak Valley Road, Toccoa and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 30 from 6 PM until 8 PM.

Interment will follow in Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mr. William Frank Adams.
