Richard R. Zuniga

Richard R. Zuniga, age 69, of Johns Creek, GA passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2014. He is survived by his wife of twenty-seven years, Susan Zuniga, Johns Creek, GA; son, Eric Zuniga, Johns Creek, GA; daughter, Ashley Zuniga, Johns Creek, GA; sisters, Theresa Zuniga Pryor, Villa Rica, GA and Dora Zuniga Jones, Brunswick, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Eddie and Dorothy Zuniga, Buckhead, GA, Daniel and Noreen Zuniga, Doraville, GA, Veto and Janell Zuniga, Atlanta, GA and David Zuniga, Atlanta, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Zuniga was born June 12, 1944 in Atlanta, GA. He was a 1964 graduate of Brown High School in Atlanta, GA. He was retired from Banner/Command Uniforms Atlanta after thirty years of service. He was an avid Georgia Tech fan and Atlanta Braves fan. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 10250 Haynes Bridge Road, Alpharetta, GA 30022 with Pastor Tom Kenny officiating. The family will receive friends at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in memory of Richard Zuniga.
