Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Jerry Lee Scott, Jr., 38, of Jefferson, Ga. who passed away Monday December 31, 2012.

Mr. Lee was born in Silver City, New Mexico, a son of Jerry Lee Scott, Sr. and Robin Charlene Miller Scott of Conover, Ohio. Mr. Lee was employed with Waffle House Inc. as a manager. Mr. Scott was a member of 12 Stone Church Hamilton Mill.

Funeral Services will be Saturday January 5, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Evans Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends on Friday January 4, 2013 at Evans Funeral Home from 6:00P.M. until 8:00 P.M.

Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Carla Lynn Christopher Scott, Jefferson, Ga. parents, Jerry Lee Sr., and Robin Scott, Conover, Ohio, children, Meagan O'Shea Scott, Jefferson, Ga., Anastasia Justine Scott, Conover, Ohio, Jerry Lee Scott, III, , Step Son, Ian Price, Jefferson, Ga., Sisters, Laura Jean Waters, Ohio, Angel Cheree Fox, Conover, Ohio and Tiffanie Lynn Schroder, Lawrenceville, Ga. Father in Law and Mother In Law, Larry and Lorri Christopher, Peachtree Corners, Ga., and a number of Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles and other relatives survive.
