Carolyn Ann Hammermiller

Carolyn Ann Hammermiller, beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister, passed away on October 28, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Alan, twin daughters Katherine and Stephanie, brother Thomas Jaworski, and mother Elizabeth Jaworski (Westen). She was preceded in death by her late father Thomas Jaworski.

Carolyn was born on October 15, 1962 in Cleveland, Ohio and raised in Moundsville, West Virginia. She received her Associates Degree from Jane Adams School of Nursing in Cleveland, Ohio and practiced as an LPN at Kaiser Permanente. She began raising her family in Brunswick, Ohio in 1987 with the birth of her twin daughters. The family soon moved to Columbus, Ohio and then once again to Cumming, Georgia. All during this time she was a devoted mother and a loving wife. Carolyn was happiest spending time with her family as well as doing interior design.

Memorial services will be held Friday, November 4, at 11:00 A.M. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jason Danuser officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society of Forsyth County, 4440 Keith Bridge Road, Cumming, Georgia 30041.
