Bell Leigh Payne

Bell Leigh Payne, 37 of Cumming, GA passed away Thursday, August 11, 2011 at her residence. She attended Mountain Lake Church in Cumming and always had a dream of becoming a clothing designer.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Roy and Helen Payne and John Billy Wikle.

She is survived by her parents, Kenneth and Martha Payne of Cumming, GA; son, Victor Nathanel Payne of Decatur, GA; brother and sisters, Kenneth Billy Jake Payne of Fenandina Beach, FL, Carey Jo Anderson of Cleveland, GA, Victoria "Viki" Sue Olivares of Portland, OR; grandmother, Lettie "BoBo" Sue Wood of Cumming, GA; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
