Ronald Lloyd Gorby, age 73, of Gainesville, GA formerly of Hubbard, Ohio passed away Sunday, May 08, 2011 after a long illness. Memorial services will be Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Little and Davenport Funeral Home in Gainesville, GA.
Mr. Gorby retired after 35 years with Copperweld Steel of Warren, Ohio then moved to Georgia in 2000, he was also a Navy Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Mary Gorby and daughter, Shellylynn Gorby.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years Rose Marie Gorby of Gainesville, GA; son and daughter in law, Marty and Amy Gorby of Poland, Ohio; granddaughter, Victoria Gorby of Poland, Ohio; sister, Suellen Lambert of Dayton, Texas; brother, Raymond Gary Gorby of Girard, Ohio; also 4 step children, 7 step grandchildren and 1 step great grandchild.
