Betsy Smith Wilkins

Mrs. Betsy Smith Wilkins, age 89 of Helen passed away Friday February 27, 2009 at her residence following an extended illness.

Mrs. Wilkins was born in Atlanta Georgia on July 5, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Lee Augustus and Lillian Smith. She was preceded in death by her seven sisters and her husband James Milligan Wilkins Sr.
