James Barnett Waters, age 63 of Lighthouse Lane, Gainesville, GA passed away Sunday, February 8, 2009 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a brief illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, 2009 2:00 pm, at the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
