He was born April 26, 1960 at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, AZ to William Rex Reece and Judith Patricia Honnold Reece.

He had a whirlwind romance with his wife Dawn Dukes, whom he married within seven months of meeting on October 27, 1984. They had 2 wonderful children. Todd had several employers including Western Electric, AT&T, NCR, IBM, Delta, and Primerica. In his free time he enjoyed serving with the North Georgia Walk to Emmaus, Billy Graham Rapid Response Chaplain, shooting pool as team captain, hiking/camping, spending time with his family and volunteering at Glancy Inpatient Rehabilitation Center in Duluth.

He loved helping people, whether it was teaching or doing for them, and he never met a stranger. Always hungry for more and persistent by nature, he enjoyed a good meal and the challenge of a good problem or puzzle.
