Mr. Broadus Keith Blackwell, age 76, of Dacula, GA died Monday, February 19, 2024 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton. Mr. Blackwell was born in Commerce to the late Enoch Broadus and Wilma Eberhart Blackwell. He was a member of the Baptist faith and a retired engineer with Habersham Medical Center. Mr. Blackwell loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren, watching their soccer games and fishing. He had a huge passion for Georgia Tech and being a Ramblin Wreck from Georgia Tech.
Mr. Blackwell is survived by his wife, Janice Sapp Blackwell of Dacula; sons, Josh Blackwell (Pam) of Flowery Branch and Kyle Blackwell (Ana) of Homer; sister, Nancy Sims of Homer; and grandchildren, Brandon, Blaine, Lucas, Reagan and Amelia.
Memorial services will be at 4 PM, Thursday, February 22 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. LaWayne McDaniel officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 to 4 PM on Thursday.
