Stephen Richard Reeves

Mr. Stephen Richard Reeves, 58, of Gainesville, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023 following an accident.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 27, 2023 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Pastor Mike Owens will officiate. Interment will be in New Life Church of God Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Friday, October 27, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Born on August 25, 1965 in Gainesville, he was the son of Betty Martin Reeves and the late Richard Reeves. He was employed with Michael Farmer, Inc. where he worked in maintenance. Mr. Reeves attended New Life Church of God.

Stephen was an outdoorsman. He loved riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.

In addition to his father, Mr. Reeves was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hoyt and Fannie Martin and Albert and Essie Reeves.

Mr. Reeves is survived by his mother, Betty Martin Reeves of Gainesville; daughter, Jenna Reeves of Lula; son and daughter in law, Ryan and Megan Reeves of Lula; son, Cooper Reeves of Cleveland; brother and sister in law, Eric and Kim Reeves of Gainesville; nephews, Carter Reeves of Gainesville, Ethan Reeves of Gainesville; niece, Sarah Ann Reeves of Gainesville; close friends, Roma Reeves of Lula, Lisa Savage of Cleveland and a number of other loving relatives.
