Angela Garcia Puckett

Minister Angela Garcia Puckett, age 64, of Buford, GA passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2023. She was preceded in death by parents, Nestor Garcia, Jr and Celia Santo Garcia; stepson, Nicholas Puckett; sister Maria Helena Brigido; brother, Francisco De Assis Garcia. Mrs. Puckett is survived by her husband of eleven years, Ronnie Walter Puckett; stepchildren, Preston Dewayne and Crystal Puckett, Justin Shane Puckett, Brandon Walter and Morgan Puckett; daughter-in-law, Lindsey Puckett; eleven grandchildren; sisters, Elisabete Rosa, Sonia Maria, Joselia Rosa Da Cruz, Wanda Rosa De Souza, Jalciria Garcia Da Costa, Janice Do Espirito Santo Garcia; brothers-in-law, Keith and Rosie Puckett, Barry and Margie Puckett; sister-in-law, Karen and Darryl McGinnis. Angela Puckett was born on January 15, 1959, in Brazil, and she was a minister who attended Buford Church of God. She was Director and Professor at the Seminary of Theology in Brazil. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at Buford Church of God with Pastors Elias, Juliano Maciel, Joey Grizzle, and Euler Cecilio officiating. Minister Puckett will Lie-In-State at the Church of God from 1:30 p.m. until time for the funeral at 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, October 7, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
