Shelia Dainne Allen

Shelia Dianne Allen, 59, of Alto, passed away Monday, October 2, 2023 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 6, 2023 at Pond Fork Baptist Church. Rev. Johnny Knight will officiate. Interment will be in the Pond Ford Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on January 16, 1964 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of the late Clinton and Lois Howington Anderson. She was employed with Milliken where she worked in the spinning department. She had also worked for Warren Featherbone as a seamstress. Mrs. Allen was a member of Pond Fork Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by her husband, Randall Mofield and sister, Shirley Anderson.

Mrs. Allen is survived by her daughters and sons in law, Jennifer and Derick Jackson of Braselton, Krystle and Adrian Hightower of Jefferson, Melissa and Trent Latty of Maysville; sister, Ruby Bryant of Gainesville; grandchildren, Cody Jackson, Madison and Luke Moon, Caydance Jackson, Lillian Jackson, Chloe Jackson, Trinity Jackson, Paisley Jackson, Hadleigh Jackson, Everlee Jackson, Cowen Hightower, Nathan Hightower, Ryleigh Hightower, Dakota Simmons, Jayse Gooch, Hunter Latty; great grandchild, Colton Simmons and a number of other loving relatives and friends.
