Elton D. Davis, Jr.

Elton D. Davis, Jr., age 66, of Buford, GA passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Elton and Joan Bell Davis.  Mr. Davis is survived by his daughter, Lauren (Josh) Brown of Buford; grandchildren, Bayleigh, Carter, Hazel, Mason; sisters, Becky (Ron) Clement, Jodie (Herb) Hoover, and Debi (Jimmy) Hodges.  He was born on March 10, 1957 in Hickory, NC. Mr. Davis was a 1975 graduate of Henderson High School in Atlanta, GA and a graduate of Dekalb Technical College with an Associate Degree. Mr. Davis worked for Wikoff Color Company.  He loved music, riding his motorcycle and enjoyed being on water, especially the ocean near Miami.  A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Pavilion 1, Don Carter State Park, 5000 N. Browning Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30506.
