William (Billy) Herbert Southers

William (Billy) Herbert Southers, age 51, of Lula, Georgia, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2023.

Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 am Friday, June 16, 2023 at The Edge Church 4115 Price Road Gainesville, Georgia 30506.

Billy was born May 2, 1972 in Columbia, South Carolina, the son of Joseph Southers and Deborah Eade Russell. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Ashley Southers; cousin, Keith King and niece, Stephanie Anderson.

He was a plumber by trade with numerous certifications. He also enjoyed playing his guitar.

He is survived by his parents; sister, Tammy Layton; brothers, Joseph Southers, Jr. (Tony); David Southers (Dwayne); sisters, Jackie Fauscett; Janet Turner; brother, Jason Turner; nieces, Deborah Davis; Leslie Turner and Victoria Faucett; great nieces and nephews, Brantley, Kash and Harper and a number of other family and friends also survive.
