Cindy Wiggins

Cindy Wiggins, age 66, of Commerce, GA passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2023. Ms. Wiggins was preceded in death by her daughter, Carole Tepia; parents, Jimmy and Christine Wiggins, and nephew, Lincoln Fournier. She is survived by her sisters, Vickie Davis of Commerce, Ga, Renay Maddox of Athens, GA; brother, Eli Wiggins of Hoschton, GA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ms. Wiggins was born June 10, 1956, in Buford, GA. She was a 1974 graduate of Buford High School. Ms. Wiggins was a writer. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 11, 2023, in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 11, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
