Janet Lynn Crowder

Ms. Janet Lynn Crowder, 62, of Gainesville passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 24, 2022 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Bobby Griffin and Rev. Mike Grizzle will officiate. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on October 5, 1959 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Grady Roberts and the late Linda Louise Jones Roberts. Ms. Crowder was retired from Austin’s Nutrition Center. She was a member of New Haven Congregational Holiness Church.

Janet was a loving mother, sister, Amazing friend to all who knew her. Her favorite title was Mimi, she was the Best there was. She was a ray of sunshine and brought a smile to everyone she came in contact with. To know her was to love her and she will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Crowder was preceded in death by her husband, Jack F. Crowder and brother in law, Ronnie Grizzle.

Ms. Crowder is survived by her daughter and son in law, Brandi and Ryan Smith of Gainesville; daughter, Shenna Adamson and Dusty Gillespie of Gainesville; grandchildren, Layla, Easton, Avie and Eden Smith of Gainesville; Hunter Gillespie of Gainesville; fiancé, Greg Bryant of Gainesville; sister and brother in law, Christy and Scott Cramer of Dawsonville; brothers and sisters in law, Joey and Connie Roberts of Gainesville Freddy and Sherry Roberts of Gainesville; sister, Tammy Grizzle of Gainesville and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
