Donald “Donnie” Guerry Rogers

Mr. Donald “Donnie” Guerry Rogers, age 74, of Lula, GA died Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.  Mr. Rogers was born in Clarkesville, GA to the late, Guerry Barannon and Grace Amanda Sullivan Rogers.  He was a retired brick mason.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Rogers was preceded in death by his sister, Dianne Nation.

Mr. Rogers is survived by his wife, Dianne Rogers of Lula; daughter, Christy Thomas (Alan) of Cleveland; sons, Kerry Rogers (Sharee) of Demorest, Mikey Rogers (April) of Maysville and Derrick Rogers (Lindsey) of Clermont; brother, David Rogers of Lula; 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM, Tuesday, March 22 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in the family cemetery in Demorest.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6 to 8 PM.
