Mamie Bell 'MayBell' Goss

Mamie Bell “MayBell” Goss was born on March 8, 1924, in Hall County to the late Emmanuel and Mae Dell Goss. She departed her Christian life on Tuesday, December 1, 2021, at home.

Maybell is preceded in death by her son Robert. Sisters: Julia Randolph, Mary Emma Bronner, Louella Goudlock, Beatrice Mahaffey, Ottie Lee Jackson, Margie Goss, and Ida Mae Goss. Brothers: Eldon (Lula) Goss, Leroy (Emma) Goss, Leon Goss, Clarence Goss, George Goss, and Carl Goss Jr.
 
Ms. Goss was a long-time member at Timber Ridge Baptist Church where she served on the usher board and other organizations.
 
She leaves to mourn daughters Edith Randolph and Sharon (Blake) Samuels. Sister-in- Laws Hattie Mae Goss, and Claudine Goss. Special nieces Louise Lipscomb and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
 
The visitation for Ms. Goss will be between the hours of 10 am to 12 pm on Saturday, December 11th at St John Baptist Church. The Celebration of life will follow at the hour of 12 pm at St John Baptist Church. Professional Service Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home.
