Danny Lee Pressley

Danny Lee Pressley, 71 of Gainesville passed away Friday, November 5, 2021 at his residence.

Born in Canton, Georgia, Mr. Pressley had lived in Hall County for most of his life.  He was the son of the late Henry and Mattie Hix Pressley.  He was retired but worked for many years for W. W. Roberts Construction Company installing natural gas lines.  Mr. Pressley was a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Vicki Nix Pressley, Gainesville; children, Heather Holcombe of Cornelia, Georgia; Luke and Lori Pressley of Cleveland, Georgia; grandchildren: Austin Holcombe, Cooper Holcombe, Kaylee Pressley and Kamryn Pressley; sister and brother-in-law, Sylvia and Jerry Peck of Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Connie Pressley of Cleveland; sister, Rita Roberts of Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Janice Pressley of Social Circle; sister and brother-in-law, Sandy and Jerry Roberts of Gainesville; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Mr. Pressley is preceded in death by his parents and his son, Justin Pressley.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 8, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home.  Rev. Greg Peck and Michael Roberts will officiate.  Interment will follow in Cool Springs Baptist Church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at Little & Davenport Funeral Home Sunday, November 7 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
