Audrey Sisson Chambers

Audrey Sisson Chambers age 92 of Gainesville entered heaven Wednesday May 5, 2021at the Willowood Nursing Home with her children by her side.

Audrey was born July 5, 1928 in Ducktown, Tennessee to the late Allen Barton & Nora Victoria Sisson. She was a homemaker and attended Redwine United Methodist Church with family members before her health started declining. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Charles Fletcher Chambers, infant daughter, Joyce Audrey Chambers, infant son, Homer Lee Chambers & son in law, Terry McFarland.

Survivors include, daughters, Barbara McFarland & Nancy Croy; son, Edward Chambers; 6 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren also survive.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday May 7, 2021 at the Redwine United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Bryan Smith officiating.
