Mr. William Harvey Madrie, age 62 of Toccoa passed away Monday, May 3, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospice House, Watkinsville, Georgia.
A son of the late Billy Madrie and Roxie Lucille Huff Edge, he was born June 29, 1958 in Fulton County, Georgia having lived in Stephens County, Georgia all his life. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Madrie.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Sony and Tyler Smothers of Gadsden, Alabama; son, Spencer Madrie of Alabama; grandchildren, Koltn Smothers, Noah Madrie, Memphis Smothers and Logan Smothers.
No visitation or service is planned.
The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors at St. Mary’s Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospice House for the wonderful care given to their loved during his stay there.
Acree-Davis Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. William Harvey Madrie.
