Margielean M. Watson

Margielean M. Watson age 72 of GA passed away on October 16, 2020. Mrs. Margielean Watson was born on March 25th, 1948, in Barrow County Georgia. She was raised under the loving guidance of her parents, the late James Henry Mack and Ozelia Akins Mack. In her youth, the family moved from Statham Georgia to Gainesville Georgia. As a young lady, Margie attended Fair Street School. In school Margie participated in chorus and discovered her lifelong passion for singing. Margie was a Christian and a member of First Baptist. She loved God, her Pastor, choir members, and Church family. She would share God’s words with whomever she encountered. Professionally, Margie served her community in various ways. She was a community nurse, a beloved dispatcher and course trainer for The Red Rabbit transit service in Hall County. Margie had a contagious and comforting personality in which she shared those gifts freely to all. Family was very important to Margie. She was always willing and eager to help all in need, especially her family. She was preceded in death by her parents James Henry and Ozelia Mack, sister Darlene Morris and James Willis Mack. She leaves to cherish her everlasting memories to her loving husband of forty three years Charles Edward Watson , one Daughter Carla Renee Watson, three sons Walter James (Rhonda) Whelchel, Ricky Eugene Whelchel, Chezley Charles (Julia) Watson, fifteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, three sisters Naomi (George) Miller, Louise Thomas, Emma (Frank) Rogers, one brother Clarence (Lane) Mack; a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation Wednesday  October 21, 2020 at Wimberly Funeral Home between the hours of 12-8pm.  Mrs. Watson’s Celebration of Life will be Thursday October 22, 2020 Graveside at Calvary Memorial Gardens at 11am.
