Jimmy Hudgins

Mr. Jimmy Hudgins age 74 of Gainesville, Ga passed away on Thursday August 27, 2020 at his residence following an extended illness.     

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday September 02, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at Set Free Church, 2441 Dawson Forrest Road E. Dawsonville, Ga 30534. Referend Marty Dunkerly will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday September 02, 2020 from 5:00-6:00 p.m. at Set Free Church, 2441 Dawson Forrest Road E. Dawsonville, Ga 30534.    

Jimmy was born on August 04, 1946 in Duluth, Ga to the late Junurs Hudgins and Retha Timms Brown. He was retired from the Forsyth County Water Department and was a member of Set Free Church. He is preceded in death by his parents. 

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Peggy Hudgins of Gainesville, son and daughter-in-law, Jeff Hudgins (Susan) of Gainesville, son and daughter-in-law, Phillip Hudgins (Becky) of Marble Hill, daughter and son-in-law, Rita Bruce (Phillip) of Dawsonville, son, Anthony Hudgins of Loganville, son and daughter-in-law, Christopher Hudgins (Nicole) of Dawsonville, sisters and brothers-in-laws, Bernice Herring (Calvin) of Winder, Beverly Garrett (Roger) of Monroe, Gail Eades (Phillip) of Auburn, brother, Stanley Hudgins of Tate, Ga, sister, Rebecca Brown of Winder, and brother, Johnny Nash of Winder.
