Mona Kay Montgomery

Mona Kay Montgomery, 61, of Oakwood passed away Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Wellstar Kennestone.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Jeff Benefield will officiate. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 12^th from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

Born on May 26, 1959 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of Virginia Jones Porter and the late Jack Porter. Mrs. Montgomery was retired from Avery Labels where she was a supervisor. She was a member of Chestnut Mountain Church.

Mrs. Montgomery is survived by her husband, Joseph Montgomery of Oakwood; son and daughter in law, Bryan and Kelly Tolbert of Flowery Branch; sister and brother in law, Sheila and Ronnie Wigham of Gainesville; brother and sister in law, Scott and Nancy Porter of Gainesville; step daughter, Kristen Montgomery of Gainesville and a number of other relatives.
