The Hall County Planning Commission has recommended approval of plans by a developer to build housing on several tracts of land surrounding the recently-built roundabout at Sardis Road and Ledan Road.

Hall County's planning director says a large apartment development planned for the south part of the county may no longer be in the works.

The Georgia Department of Transportation is looking to make traveling on the state's interstates a little easier over the first two weekends of April.
