Projector opens up new worlds at UNG planetarium
When the George E. Coleman Sr. Planetarium at the University of North Georgia's (UNG) Dahlonega Campus resumes public shows in January, a new DigiStar 5 Full Dome Digital Planetarium Projector will allow visitors to view an accurate depiction of the night skies from planets millions of miles away.

Pulitzer-winning photojournalist dies in Liberia; once worked in Gainesville
Photojournalist Michel du Cille, a three-time Pulitzer Prize winner who recently captured compelling images of Ebola patients and their caretakers, died in Liberia while on assignment for The Washington Post. He was 58.
