Moody's cites surpluses, conservative budgeting in Hall Co.'s bond rating upgrade
Moody's Investors Service has upgraded Hall County's general obligation bond rating from Aa3 to Aa2, citing "the county's strengthened reserve position following several years of operating surpluses, driven by conservative budgeting management."

Commerce outlets raise $5,000+ for Cancer Foundation of NE Ga.
Tanger Outlets and Northridge Medical Center joined forces in October to produce a new fund-raising event called the Pink Partini Fashion Gala, and just recently they got together to present a check from the event proceeds to the Cancer Foundation of Northeast Georgia in the amount of $5,244.49.
