Name released of man killed in motorcycle crash
Authorities have now released the name of the man killed in a motorcycle accident Thursday night. Richard Corbin, 53, of Buford was killed when the motorcycle he was driving hit a parked car in the north bound lane of South Waterworks Road near Buford.

Hit-and-run accident closes part of Ga. 365 for a time

NGHS to move New Horizons West nursing home beds to Lanier Park
Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) plans to relocate all of Northeast Georgia Medical Center's acute care and emergency care services currently at the Lanier Park Campus to the main campus when the hospital's new North Patient Tower (NPT) opens next spring and, by 2010 or 2011, move the New Horizons West nursing home beds to Lanier Park.
