First-time UI claims up slightly in Georgia,down in Gainesville
The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) says first-time claims for unemployment insurance (UI) in Georgia were up 0.3 percent last month compared to May 2012. But, they were down in Gainesville by by 6.4 percent.

Southwest cancels 57 flights after computer glitch
A system-wide computer failure forced Southwest Airlines to ground its entire fleet of airplanes preparing for departures late Friday, and at least 57 flights had to be canceled even after service was fully restored hours later, a company spokeswoman said.
