Flooding warnings, downed trees in North Ga.
Though Tropical Storm Karen dissipated Sunday morning while still offshore in the Gulf of Mexico, north Georgia still picked up some heavy rain and strong wind gusts Sunday night.

Kerry pleased with Syria chemical disarmament
Secretary of State John Kerry said Monday that the United States and Russia are "very pleased" with the progress made so far in destroying Syria's chemical weapons stocks. And, he offered some rare, if qualified, U.S. praise for Syrian President Bashar Assad.
