Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev was an ardent reader of jihadist websites and extremist propaganda, U.S. officials said Tuesday, adding another piece to the body of evidence they say suggests the two brothers were motivated by an anti-American, radical version of Islam.

A contract has been awarded for a project in Forsyth and Gwinnett counties that includes widening 1.079 miles of State Route 20 to a four-lane divided highway and constructing two parallel bridges over the Chattahoochee River. Meanwhile, traffic delays are likely the rest of the week on busy Georgia 369 (Browns Bridge Road) in Forsyth and Hall counties because of work on the road's shoulders.
