GAINESVILLE, Ga. – The first round of the 2024 NCAA Division II Men's Golf South/Southeast Regional hosted by the University of North Georgia will begin later this morning at Chattahoochee Golf Club.
Inclement weather forced yesterday's postponement. Teams will now play 36 continuous holes in a shotgun start format today at 8:30 a.m.
The 54-hole tournament will still conclude on Saturday at Chattahoochee Golf Club.
The top five finishing teams and the top two student-athletes not with a team from the South/Southeast Regional will advance to the finals. Rollins College and the Greater Orlando Sports Commission will host the finals May 21-25 at Orange County National Golf Center in Winter Garden, Fla., as part of the 2024 NCAA Division II Spring Sports Festival.
