Gwinnett County authorities located missing teen

The Gwinnett County Police Department announced Friday afternoon that Sandy Michelle Soto was found safe.

The Gwinnett County Police Department is asking the public for help locating a missing 13-year-old girl. 

Gwinnett Police officials said Sandy Michelle Soto was last seen at her home on Welford Road near Suwanee on Sunday, Apr. 21, at around 11:45 p.m. 

Her father reported her missing the next day. 

Sandy is described as a Hispanic female standing 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. Her black hair was last seen tied into braids.
