No injuries were reported at a Gainesville residential fire that claimed much of a mobile home Friday afternoon.
Hall County Fire Rescue responded to reports of a mobile home fire off Bivens Road in Gainesville at approximately 4:15 p.m., according to spokeswoman Kimberlie Ledsinger.
Upon arrival, crews found a home fully engulfed in flames and began a defensive attack on the blaze.
The bulk of the fire was reportedly extinguished quickly and no one was found inside the residence. No injuries were reported and the resident's pets were successfully contained.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown and under investigation by the Hall County Fire Marshal's Office.
