The Georgia Department of Transportation recently announced that the State Route 365 project team will host a public meeting for the planning study.
GDOT said the public meeting will be held on Wednesday, Mar. 13 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the GDOT District 1 (Northeast Region) Office at 1475 Jesse Jewel Parkway NE Gainesville, GA 30501.
The meeting will be held to inform the public of the study and get feedback that will be used in developing project recommendations.
GDOT said the SR 365 planning study will evaluate present and future travel conditions along and adjacent to SR 365 in Hall County from I-985 to Belton Bridge Road.
The planning study will also address how the Northeast Georgia Inland Port will impact freight operations along SR 365.
